An experienced exploration geologist and project manager with over 45 years of experience. Mr. Atkinson has spent his career in both mineral exploration and mining and in the environmental field. In the area of mineral exploration, James has designed and managed multimillion dollar programs searching for and discovering various commodities including industrial minerals. These projects, comprised of up to 100 staff, involved geophysical, geochemical and drilling programs as well as prospecting and geological mapping. He has also negotiated option and purchase deals for mineral properties.
Mr. Danilovsky has over fifteen years of experience as executive officer, board member, investment analyst and portfolio manager, primarily in the mining sector. Currently he is a Director and Chief Financial Officer of Advanced Gold exploration Inc. and, since 2017, a President of McLaren Resources Inc. In addition, between the years 2016 and 2023 Mr. Danilovsky has been a Managing Director of Orthogonal Capital, an asset management company. From 2011 to 2016 he served as mining analyst for Accilent Capital, a mining investment firm. Before joining Accilent Capital, Mr. Danilovsky worked as a geophysical consultant in the mining exploration industry. He holds a Masters in Management from ESSEC Business School (Paris, France), a Masters of Sciences from UPMC/Sorbonne University (Paris, France), Hon.BSc from University of Toronto (Canada) and a CIM designation.
Dr. Ramcharan has an extensive background in corporate development, mining and exploration, and project evaluation. Previously, as Manager of Corporate Development for IAMGOLD, Dr. Ramcharan was involved in raising over $600 million in equity financings and worked on project acquisitions totalling over $800 million. Dr. Ramcharan has also held senior roles with Sprott and Resource Capital Funds, where he performed over 300 project evaluations . More recently he was the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations for Roscan Gold where he has been instrumental in raising over $40 million. Dr. Ramcharan holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Mining Engineering and Mineral Economics
and a P.Eng in Ontario.
